We bought our vehicle from this garage in February 2023, barely two months ago. Then we had an issue with the engine warning light turning on. There was a part that needed to be replaced, but unfortunately—and conveniently—that part was no longer under warranty, even though they had given us a one-year warranty valid in Audi garages throughout Europe when we bought the car.
After many exchanges, they offered to cover only 10% of the invoice, and only if it was addressed to their garage at their address. After that, they never replied again. Because z-we came from France? And it's difficult to us to come directly with the issued vehicle.
Then we noticed another problem: a major oil leak between the engine and the gearbox. After several procedures and diagnostic checks under the supervision of a specialized expert, it was found and proven that the engine cover had been replaced one day before the restitution of the vehicle, which clearly indicates a hidden defect.
The process is still pending...
Moreover, they no longer answer at all — avoid this garage, never go there!
