We had problem with out front offside wheel. They inspected it and sorted the issue very quickly. Professional and helpful. If I lived close this would be my garage of choice. We were just revelling through. But if you need work doing give these guys a call.
Shout out to Michael, he explained what needed doing and was fantastic. Well done Mike and all of the team. Easily 5 stars!

I'm a little disappointed, to be honest. The installation went really quickly, and the tires are on. I can definitely rate that as a good thing! Unfortunately, the tires I wanted weren't available. I had to adjust them myself. Admittedly, they're very specialized tires that the average consumer doesn't need, so it's okay. Now they're on, but unfortunately, they're pretty dirty. There's mounting grease all over both the tires and the rims (see attached photo). I find the price of €24 for fitting a 15" tire pretty steep, considering it wasn't even cleaned.
Additionally, the wood (vinyl) surface in the vehicle's interior (ashtray, cover) was damaged (see attached photo). Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the previous repair, so I can't complain. Still, I find it strange to get something like this back from a very well-maintained car without hearing a word about it. I think that's pretty annoying! Spare parts are no longer available. I would have preferred to bring the rims in separately and fit them myself.
Conclusion: Tire service is okay. Unfortunately, I really don't like the surrounding details.
Addendum (September 28, 2022, 11:15 AM): The invoice I received states €92.58, which I paid. I was assured over the phone that this is the current price. It also includes the flat rate for bringing your own tires. Again For your information: I'm used to different prices from other providers, but the price is still (in my opinion) okay. It's just a shame that they weren't cleaned. However, I was subsequently offered to fix this.
No agreement could be reached regarding the center console. Since I can't prove the previous condition, the only issue is a superficially damaged ashtray in the center console.

Initially, this review was very negative because my car sustained serious damage during the repair (modifications were made to the chassis without my consent). However, after a strong complaint, the garage rectified the issue satisfactorily and at no extra cost. Communication was good, albeit somewhat bumpy, but that's just the way things are these days – for example, they're difficult to reach by phone. It's a mystery to me – but it seems to be the same everywhere. The final result after this lengthy "cooperation" was positive!
