I ordered a "minor" service online, without an oil change but including brake fluid, and received exactly that for a third of the price at the Skoda dealerships.
They asked if I wanted the windshield washer fluid topped up. It was great that they asked and didn't just do it.
One of the few (the only?) loaner cars was unfortunately no longer available, but there's a bus and tram stop very close by, as well as the Thüringen Park shopping center. My appointment was also too last-minute for that.
The waiting area could be more comfortable, but it's okay for such a small workshop.
After all, they have to offer such a great price somehow.
The mechanic himself handled the initial check-in, was very friendly, and took the time to address even special requests (like assessing a dent in the car).

My car was making a rattling noise. I pulled over briefly and asked if they could help. They checked it immediately and helped right away, so I was even able to take my car with me again. Thank you again for the quick help.

On our way home from vacation, we suddenly heard engine noises. Mr. Z. was very friendly, checked it out right away, identified the problem immediately, and fixed it.

Hello, the staff is very friendly. They give good advice and help wherever they can.
The service is good; when time allows, they take plenty of time for the customer, but otherwise, it's rather short when their schedule is full.
Unfortunately, I find the prices very high lately.
I probably won't have my car repaired there again!
