I was there on December 29, 2025, with a flat tire. I received excellent advice and they changed the tire without an appointment. I can only say 5 stars from me. By the way, everyone was incredibly friendly despite the stress. And the service is superb. Thank you again for the quick help.

The opening hours were changed at short notice last Friday, and although I arrived in plenty of time, no one let me in. I simply wanted to buy a license plate holder. I could still see employees in the store. This is anything but customer-friendly.

A top team and my personal saviors in times of need.
It was the first time I've gone home on vacation with my first car. And I'm glad I arrived safely. The road to Hütte was truly rocky, and I discovered countless defects. It was as if the entire car had suddenly turned into a catastrophe.
So I went to ATU. They really helped me and gave me sensible advice. I'm glad they were able to squeeze me in during such a short time. Since then, my car has felt like a new life. I had no idea how good it could actually be.
So, thank you so much again; you saved my vacation. If I'd returned without a car, I would have lost my job and been left empty-handed.
And the little black-haired woman at the reception desk, who's already been mentioned so negatively here, is super nice and competent. As are everyone else I dealt with.
