It's a good thing I'm not going back there. I had my Mustang there once for a tire change, and they don't treat cars with care. First, they drove the car—which doesn't have high ground clearance to begin with—up a driveway with an incline at a speed where I'm sure they scraped the bottom. Then they insulted the car, calling it a "piece of junk," and the boss even told his colleague to rev the COLD engine.
If I had been there, I would have been the last person to say, "No, we're not doing that." BUT to simply rev the engine to the redline several times while I was away for my appointment is just antisocial and disrespectful.
Furthermore, since I switched garages afterward, I had to have all my lug nuts replaced because the employees tightened them so much that they couldn't be removed later without destroying them.
I can only advise everyone NOT to have their tires changed there. Because you never know what these people will do with the car.

I've been a customer for many years. Appointments are always available quickly, and the advice is always competent. Even with unexpected vehicle problems, they always act very quickly. Keep up the good work! :)
