Special thanks to Mr. S. Althoff for the quick and efficient handling of my lease agreement. I was able to take delivery of my new car within a week. Communication was excellent and transparent, so I always felt well-informed.
I found all the staff to be very customer-friendly.

I had my first service appointment and everything went well at first. The big shock came when I went to pay and couldn't use my credit card for the €200 bill because they only accept debit cards!
Luckily, I had saved enough money for the month, but this is neither modern nor fair to the customer. Next year, when the oil change is due, I'll have to cough up another €300.
I'll be glad when I don't have to deal with this again.

A very pleasant and friendly car dealership! The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. My car's service was completed with a short, and for me, comfortable wait.
