Stopped here today on my way home because my Lada was running erratically. Very friendly, courteous service, and they identified the problem and ensured I could drive the remaining 150 km home without any worries. Thank you!

Due to a flat tire, I stopped at the Presche car and tire service in Dargun. The problem was quickly identified, but because the rim was broken, it couldn't be repaired. While I waited for the ADAC (German Automobile Club), Mr. Presche tried to find alternatives. Unfortunately, no replacement was available on Friday. After the ADAC told me to wait another 1.5 hours, after I had already waited almost 2 hours, they provided me with a replacement vehicle so I could drive to my hotel. This was the kind of service I would wish for anywhere: friendly, competent, and solution-oriented. Thank you so much for this roadside assistance.

Well, if the Pope drives a Presche car, then my Fiat Barchetta is certainly in good hands here. I'll try this out soon and report back.

I used to be pretty satisfied myself, but unfortunately, I can't say the same anymore! About four weeks ago, I wanted an oil change... but was turned down because it's a Chrysler! I was surprised, because the old oil is drained and fresh oil is filled the same way as with other vehicles!!! Good. Today, a valve cap needed to be removed/loosened, and I was told to wait... fine, no problem. But then when everyone was moved ahead of me, even vehicles that needed to be put on the lift, no thanks, poor service!!!!!
