I had my car inspected today. As discussed beforehand, everything was done quickly and easily. Before receiving the bill, everything on the vehicle was explained to me. Overall, a very fair and honest experience. Until next time.

I was there with my company car. Without even asking, I was offered the option of becoming a fleet customer, which saved me a lot of money on the inspection afterward. The inspection was excellent, and the price was the same as previously discussed, so there were no hidden costs. I'll be back again and again.

I'm only giving it 3 stars because the work on my vehicle was done well and the employees at the main branch/shop are very helpful and willing to resolve any issues quickly.
BUT the service and customer service on-site needs improvement.
In my case, I was issued an incorrect invoice, which didn't allow me to enter the service log. (Oil change according to manufacturer's specifications)
My oil service indicator wasn't reset either.
Then, with the correct invoice, it finally worked.
BUT according to Mr. L........, I didn't want the indicator reset, which was a blatant lie.
Because what's the point of a service according to the manufacturer if nothing gets reset???
My conclusion: The work was OK, the customer service phone was TOP-notch, and the customer service on-site was absolutely terrible.
Once and never again.

I received exceptionally friendly service; the gentleman at the entrance was incredibly kind and competent. I had a question about my brakes, and without me even having to say anything, he immediately came out with me and gave me a clear and conclusive answer right there. I can only recommend that everyone try it out.
