Very happy when i saw the border of the rims without scratches, these rims were IMPOLUTE! 0 scratches!
I got recomended by a familiar that works in a big firma close to this shop, we live in Leverkusen and we were searching for a place that takes good care on expensive wheels, we didnt care about the price at all, we just wanted a good place, so we drove there specially because of this…
We had a short chat with someone, droped the rims and picked a few hours later…
When i picked them, the person said chill there are no scratches, so this already got me under preassure a little bit and i checked only the border of 1 of the rims…
Today friday, was good weather i finished my work and wanted to mount my summer wheels… and as my surprise when i was cleaning them by hand, as i always do i see this 2 marks made by someone…
As for a fact, this marks were not there, this is a 10.000€ se of BBS FI-R , besides the previous shop and me, no one ever touched these wheels, i clean and ceramic coat everything, im very carefull with scratches (OCD) and i know this was not there, i always clean and check every spoke of my wheels, i have 2 cars and i take very good care of them…
i dont know if it was the person that moved the wheels from place or the person that replaced the tyres…. But this is not very competent to grab a pair of expensive wheels with tools in your hand because you are lazy to drop them…
I have no bill, and was 2 days ago, so calling would not make any sense as they would say “that was not here, you saw there was no scratches” yes, in the bored there are no scratches…
This really made me very upste because i worked very hard to buy this wheels, my first set of BBS…
I was very sad when i saw that someone grabbed my rims with tools in the hand… the wheels were perfect conditions, its sad that the machine made a good job, as i was scared about the machine scratching the wheels, but wasnt expecting a human mistake of this type, not with this type of rims…
