We had a puncture in our tire today, caused by a screw, and it was slowly losing air! Despite it being lunchtime on Saturday, a very friendly and competent employee helped us by vulcanizing the hole. Now we can drive the 250 km home tomorrow without needing a new tire. That's what I call customer service!

The price was okay. However, the tire change took two hours instead of the planned one... which is annoying when you're waiting. Then there was no verbal reminder about tightening the lug nuts. And the plastic bags over the tires were only provided upon request. The lug nuts were also only bolted on, not tightened to the specified torque. Two stars for the friendly service.

We've been customers in Bobingen for over 20 years (since the previous owner)
and have always been satisfied.
Now we urgently needed to switch to our stored winter tires (due to a death abroad) because there's already snow in the Alps. I'm sure many car owners are changing their tires right now.
But it's a shame that, as regular customers, we received no support in this emergency.
Perhaps the high staff turnover means that the previously existing personal contact is no longer there.
Unfortunately, this is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon, and it's questionable whether this is conducive to customer loyalty.
