I got a new tire installation from this place. The installation itself was done quickly — around 40 minutes — and the price was okay, not too cheap and not too expensive.
However, the problems started afterward. The tire they installed was much heavier than expected, and when I contacted them for a solution, they never replied — it’s been about two weeks now. I also ordered another pair of tires by mistake and asked them to cancel the order, but again, no response.
Additionally, one of the tire valves is incorrect or not fitting properly, and even after reporting this issue, they never solved it. The lack of communication is really frustrating.
I did receive one call from a lady who helped me during my visit — she spoke some English. But later, when I tried to explain the issue, she told me in a rather rude way, “If you speak English, I can’t help you.” That was very disappointing.
Overall, the fitting was done fast, but customer service and communication are terrible. I still have unresolved issues with the valve and the heavy tire, and I wouldn’t recommend them because of their poor support.

Good place for tire change on the Tesla Model 3. Thank you to the lady at the reception, she immediately spoke english after picking up that I had used google translate and memorized to ask for tire change in German. That helped.
I had to wait a bit (15 mins more than appointment time) but thats totally fine.
The guy who was swapping the tires, had experience with Teslas. He asked me to put the car in Tow Mode from service, thank god he did, i didn't know what it meant. He used the the plucks to lift the car as well.
All good. I need to visit for lugnut tightening once more soon.

Great service, prices and tires! Also the staff was very nice and helpful to a non-German like me buying his first set of winter wheels.

The team is very friendly, and technically advanced. One of the best tyre services I saw, polite and fast, no any issue in any visit. Thanks!
They speak English, German, Polish, and maybe something on top of it.
Receptionist lady is helpful and active.
Mechanics explain in normal language what is wrong and how to fix.

Good service. It might take a while to get an appointment in winter due to the demand. I've also heard the personnel speaking in English.
