We took our vehicle for inspection and TUV. The agent said "no problem." After half a day in the shop, ATU Tegel told us that we had to replace a sensor and would cost €580. We refused and waited for our mechanic to return from holiday who laughed at the astronomical price. He drove vehicle on the freeway to cleanse the particle filter, returned to shop, did inspection and passed without needing to pay the additional €300. ATU is good for getting parts, not impressed with service. Sorry!

So to make the long story short, I have contacted them to get a quotation for a particle filter change and possibly service check, after a week of communication which led nowhere I just made a termin and the person on the phone told me that they are not able to perform this change at all and that I need to go to authorised service for this kind of change, which would be very vital information week ago.
So I do not know how good or bad they are at fixing things, but I wasted a week communicating with them trying to get a quotation for something they are not able to perform.

Always very friendly and efficient. Service and tyre change today. Car feels much better after their work. Some suggestions on what to watch for and what was needed next visit.
The guy switched to English in hearing my terrible German. Also offered to speak Russian.

During our stay at the camping around the corner, we discovered an oil leakage at our campervan. We went to the garage and the staff helped immediately. They were friendly and explained what they did while we were near our campervan all the time.
Unfortunately they could not find the real problem but they checked and cleaned everything and told us we wouldn't be in danger during our return trip. They advised us to go to our own garage for an extensive investigation. They worked on our campervan for at least half an hour and we didn't have to pay anything! What a great service! Thnx a lot!

I love these guys. They are awesome. They put on my Winter tires and teach me German words for auto repair
