I used this service center to change my tires from winter to summer. The process was smooth. Even though they had some less employees working on that day, they had returned me the car within 3 hours on the same day. If that would not have been the case, they advertise this takes around 1.5 hours.
The place is located right next to a tram stop , and can be reached by public transport as well (quite useful when you have to drop and pickup your car).

Every time I go there, it's always so many problems with them. If you get a time slot, bring your car, they will call two hours later that they cannot do it anymore. They will tell you they will do it tomorrow. Again then they call you to say it's not possible anymore, only one week later (only to change the tyres!). Another time they were "fixing" my car for one month, were not even able to find the problem and somehow when I picked up my car, the battery was dead! I had to buy a new one, they only had the most expensive one and they did not change it for me! Told me to get a termin. And another service fixed the issue in 15 min, that ATU took 4 weeks. Not to even mention unapolagetic cinical behaviour. Worst possible place, acoid at all costs.

Without any notice or interaction our general service cost more than double (almost 3x more!) the amount upon vehicle pick-up than what was quoted at vehicle drop. This was at no point mentioned to us, even though we spoke telephonically only two hours prior as well as 15mins before pick-up. This is unacceptable service, disrespectful behaviour and unfortunately breaks all trust!
