Every time I go in there, it feels like I'm bothering them. 2nd star is for the quality of the work. It's not been terrible. I went in to get a quote for winter tires, was told I'd have a quote by the end of the day. Nothing. Called 2 days later. No response. Went back a week later, "sorry, das ist untergegangen." Wanted the winter equivalent of the lower profile Michelin tires I had, was only offered the Chinese brand on display... Went to my appointment to have them installed, the first 20mins were them trying to find me in their system. Tires were switched relatively quickly, but when I went to get into the car, the seat was set for a tiny person (I'm not) and the car's language settings were changed. I've spent decades in customer service, and this is not what good customer service looks like. In sum, if you need work done on your car, it'll be fine, but don't expect anything resembling customer service. If it weren't a company car that needs to be serviced by the dealership, I would be looking elsewhere for a mechanic...

I purchased a car from this dealership, only to discover it was defective. I requested repairs three times, but each attempt was met with negligence. The first time, they simply deleted the check engine error and ignored my other concerns. The second time, they did absolutely nothing. On the third attempt, they quoted me €700 for one issue and told me I had to go to Fiat myself for the second issue because they lacked the necessary equipment. Despite their so-called “5-year warranty,” they refused to properly fix the car or offer a refund. In the end, I had to return the car for a fee, resulting in a complete waste of time and money. I would never purchase from them again.
