Excellent workshop, I'm happy to give it a 5-star rating. From the initial consultation and appointment scheduling to the service itself, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I had a pleasant chat when I picked up the car, and any remaining questions were answered perfectly afterward. I highly recommend them.

I've been your customer for a while and I'm always greeted very warmly. Appointments and repairs are always scheduled at very short notice, and a replacement car is always available for the time being. I recently ordered a new car from you. The entire purchase process went smoothly. Upon pickup, I was given very thorough instructions on how to handle the vehicle. Kudos to the entire team.

I'm dissatisfied with the inspection of my car at Auto Winter. Although the invoice stated that the cabin air filter had been changed, this wasn't the case. When I complained, I was treated dismissively and not taken seriously. The staff claimed that everything had been done correctly without even checking. Very disappointing! I wouldn't recommend them.
The filter was eventually replaced, but I was told to find another garage.

I believe it is important that customers can express their opinions without being attacked for it. I will certainly not be returning to your service center and will share my experience with others.

My experiences with the owners and their employees are more than just these 5 stars!
You are greeted and cared for in such a humane way, it's indescribable!!
I had the first car (a Peugeot 308 SW) I bought used from Auto Winter for seven years without any complaints.
I then bought another (also used) car elsewhere, which they unfortunately didn't have in their range, but immediately entrusted it to Auto Winter for further care (inspection, etc.).
I would put my hand in the fire for every single person, from the owner to the trainee, without hesitation.
I wouldn't entrust my car to anyone else, only to the WONDERFUL TEAM at AUTO WINTER!!!

Very friendly, very competent preliminary discussion of the repair with clear explanations of what needed to be done and why.
I was even able to walk into the workshop during the repair and see firsthand what was being done.
Unbeatable price (€1,000 less than the Ford estimate).
I'd be happy to come back!
