We are very grateful to the Köhler car dealership in Alsfeld. Despite operating on a limited basis during New Year's week, they accommodated us at short notice, and the staff took the time to diagnose the problem with our vehicle. They even offered us coffee – a small gesture that was incredibly helpful in a stressful situation.
Even though the problem couldn't be definitively diagnosed on-site, and we couldn't leave the car there due to our onward journey, we felt we were in excellent hands. The staff's assessment of the risk of continuing our trip was competent, honest, and reassuring.
We are very grateful for their friendly assistance and personable approach. If we lived just a little closer to Alsfeld, this garage would be our first choice. Thank you very much, and we wish you a happy and healthy 2026.

I switched from Volvo Fulda to Autobörse Köhler in Alsfeld. The effort and the distance were definitely worth it! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly, taking the time for me, and the service was top-notch! Premium, just as you'd expect from a brand like Volvo – highly recommended!
