The worst service level ever. A few days ago, they changed my summer wheels to the winter ones. After a couple of days my car computer indicated that the wheel pressure was low. Two days ago We contacted them and they told us to come back for resetting the car computer, a few minutes job. After about 1h I got there, I explained the situation and they told me that they could not help me as I had to book an appointment.. I explained that they created the problem ..in any other company they would just apologize for the inconvenience ..here you just need to book an appointment even when they created you the issue. never again, ridiculous service level! Thanks for your answer , delighting your customers is something else! I visited you on Friday at 10,30 am and I explained clearly my situation, as above. You should have asked your person at the reception to take my details but clearly , like the rest of your staff, she is not interested in listening to your customers and their complaints! No need to waste further time with your amazing service level and courtesy. Regards

I went to Verden to have my tires changed. Within three days, ALL the tires lost air; the first tire was completely flat on the rim less than 12 hours later. And it was the weekend, so the car was undrivable. I visited two garages (BMW on Saturday, Euromaster Bremen on Monday) which determined that the valves weren't properly closed! So I went back to Verden and explained the problem. The first question they actually asked was whether I had the right tires… I found that pretty cheeky. There was no apology and no offer of compensation. Aside from the fact that it was incredibly dangerous, I also suffered a loss of income (I'm self-employed) and was genuinely afraid to drive. I still haven't received a reply to my email to the Euromaster Verden branch. I would never go there again.

I had an emergency. I drove up, discussed the situation with Mr. Schäfer. He provided a professional and quick solution. It was handled in a friendly and cost-effective manner. I was able to continue my journey after 45 minutes. Thank you! I was very satisfied.
