Had a slight electronic issue with my Ultra Limited during our holiday trip and called HD Regensburg (which was the closest dealer). When we arrived they straight away took my bike to their workshop for inspection. Inside we got warmly welcomed by Andrea who made us a nice cup of coffee and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. After the bike was inspected I got the all clear and we could follow our journey. They did not charge me anything, they were just happy to help out a foreigner on a Harley.

Purchased my very first motorcycle, a Sport Glide, with Harley Davidson in Regensburg. I must say that it was a very pleasant experience from the test ride until finally receiving the bike less than two weeks after ordering. They installed my exhaust and other requested parts in a timely fashion. I made the purchase with Adrian and he did an excellent job throughout the entire process. I received frequent phone calls when questions arose and updates about my purchase. Special thanks to Ramona, Andrea, and Michael who were all extremely attentive and helpful at various times during the process. This dealership is highly recommended.

Awesome! Very friendly and helpful to customers who are stationed in Germany. Fixed my bike quickly after it broke down. Definitely will keep going back as long as I am in Germany.

For being a small dealership i would have to say its a nice pit stop to just check out. I wish the show room had more parts to offer then just one or two selfs of items but other then that very nice harley dealer
