Tire/wheel changes are possible, but you have an appointment at 3 PM, arrive at 3:30 PM, and then wait until 4:45 PM. I know they're busy with the change of seasons, but they could definitely streamline things.
What's really not great is this filthy shop. The door handles are completely black, and the interior is dirty everywhere. There are packages, wheels, and rims lying around in the sales area, and everything is just grimy.
If they could work in peace and quiet, with a cup of coffee, then the wait would be bearable.

I've been waiting for six days for a call to say my tires have arrived... I desperately need the car... if I had known this, I would have gone somewhere else.

Absolutely. I get my tires changed and stored there. They have a fantastic, friendly, and dedicated team, and there are no waiting times for appointments. They do a really great job. The colleagues at the other branch could definitely learn a thing or two from them.
