I always thought there was no good service in Germany – until I came here! I was pleasantly surprised from the very first phone call: super friendly and helpful!
Today during my visit, I received a warm welcome, all the employees were incredibly friendly and attentive – someone even stopped by to ask if I'd like a coffee while I waited for the tire change.
My winter tires were installed quickly and professionally.
A big thank you to the whole team – you've given me hope in German service again! 🙌

The consultation was disastrous. I wanted to buy new tires, but the salesperson just confused me. My questions were met with vague answers like "it depends," a conversation riddled with half-truths and outright lies. I got the impression he was only interested in selling me what he wanted to sell me, not what I was asking about. I left with more questions than answers and then contacted ChatrGPT. I checked their answers and received much better advice. And this from a company that has the word "tires" in its name! What am I supposed to make of that?

The people there are incredibly friendly and always quick to help with anything. I was just there again today because the sudden onset of winter reminded me that I need to change my tires.
