I wish I could give them more than the five stars!
I had a breakdown on the road and had ADAC take me here, because they were still open on a Friday afternoon...
I was expecting to wait a couple of days before the part came.
Instead I was informed within just over an hour, that my car was finished and I could come back and get it...
I really never imagined such great service and such a friendly, helpful atmosphere.
For sure I will be coming back to Autohaus Schmid whenever I need repairs.

We had planned to buy a car from the Schmid dealership and were very keen to purchase the vehicle. The initial conversation was very pleasant, but communication became increasingly slow after that. Ultimately, the dealer himself cancelled the deal. Therefore, the purchase fell through – a real shame, as we would have loved to have the car.

Outrageous! I wanted to buy a car and was told to call back the next day to confirm whether I would take it. I emailed them that same evening to say I would. It's been a week now, and I've called almost every day to ask when I'll receive the purchase agreement by email. They assured me on the phone that everything was in order and that they would contact me as soon as it was ready.
Today I found out that the car was sold two days ago! I called again that same day to check, and they didn't even think to tell me it was gone! I even laughed on the phone: they said it wasn't like someone else had already bought it, but I shouldn't worry and should just wait until they contacted me!
I waited a week for nothing and I desperately need a car. I've never experienced anything like this!

Very competent advice.
Someone ALWAYS answers the phone – also very good!
The only small drawback – the whole process, sending the paperwork for importing the vehicle to Austria, etc., took a bit too long.

In March 2024, I purchased a used vehicle from Autohaus Schmid.
From the sales discussion to the test drive and the rest of the process, the friendly and experienced team completely won me over.
My vehicle was handed over to me very well prepared.
The team also helped me quickly and effectively with a warranty claim.
I was very happy to take advantage of the free loaner car.
