Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Euromaster! We ordered a set of winter tires, the price was perfectly reasonable, and an appointment was scheduled – so far, so good. We arrived on time for the appointment and were told that a colleague would check the warehouse to see if the tires would arrive in 14 days. After a while, the colleague returned, but he couldn't find the tires. The receptionist said he would clarify the situation and have them checked again. Since customers who arrived after us naturally had priority, they checked again, and the tires were indeed not there. We then asked why appointments were being scheduled if our ordered goods weren't available. The answer we received was, "Well, that's how many tires arrive here every day." That was our last visit to that store! We waited 30 minutes only to be told that our ordered goods weren't there. Sorry, but then there's no point in making an appointment! They should have checked in advance whether the goods were in stock. That's not how service should be. We then called our competitor in the next town and ordered the tires, and we received them just two days later.

Tire change. It started relatively on time. The tires are on. So far, so good. However, the tire pressure varies wildly from 2.7 to 3.1 bar. The correct pressure should be 2.6 bar. No seat cover was used, and the car reeked of cigarette smoke. The ventilation was turned off (why?), and the car (electric) was left unnecessarily running the whole time. When I asked when it would be finished (the tires were mounted, the car was on the ground), I was told to be patient, which I found inappropriate. I then had to wait almost another 20 minutes.

Euromaster Speyer helped us out during our vacation. What started as a faulty handbrake turned out to be a more complex brake issue, even though the brakes (and pads) had recently been replaced. The mechanics went above and beyond for us, as it was difficult to obtain the right parts. We spent two nights outside the garage, and they provided us with power. Not pleasant, but it was incredibly kind of us to do so. Ultimately, the repair was successful, and we were able to continue our vacation.

The staff is very friendly, explains everything in detail when needed, discusses possible additional costs, and the overall customer service is excellent. Problems are always resolved immediately or tips are offered. You feel like you're in good hands here. We're now guests at Euromaster in Speyer with three vehicles.
