Initially very satisfied regular customers, we unfortunately had to find another garage recently – Mr. Aigner himself was always polite, friendly, and competent.
However, the foreman seriously tried to tell me that my Suzuki Jimny needed new rear brake discs – hardly, since this vehicle is known to have drum brakes in the rear! Our Audi had persistent brake disc damage – another garage showed us the brakes when they were being removed – we had never seen anything like it – the brakes had apparently never actually been repaired (as described in the invoices) – letting us continue driving with brakes in that condition was grossly negligent!!!
We are sorry, but we will no longer have our cars serviced here! A real shame!

I bought a used scooter from Mr. Aigner. I really must emphasize his friendliness, service, expertise, and helpfulness. These things are no longer a given these days. I'm very happy with the scooter and would like to thank Mr. Aigner most sincerely :-) PS: The red wine was excellent!!!

Hello, I can only echo the opinions of the previous reviewers.
My aunt bought a car from Aigner last week. Mr. Aigner presented the vehicle superbly and gave her lots of helpful advice. The purchase process was exemplary. He even gave her a small gift when she picked it up, which I really appreciated.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Aigner.

I would like to sincerely thank Autohaus Aigner – especially Mr. Aigner personally, who provides truly outstanding customer service.
He organized the temporary license plates for me and even opened on a Saturday so I could pick up my vehicle. This is by no means a given and demonstrates the customer-oriented and dedicated approach taken here.
Mr. Aigner is a very friendly, competent, and honest salesman who makes you feel completely at ease as a customer. The consultation, communication, and transaction were absolutely professional from start to finish.
Anyone looking to buy a car who values service, trust, and genuine passion for their work will find exactly what they're looking for here. Highly recommended!

Very good service, staff always friendly, competent, and helpful, highly recommended. I called yesterday, Monday, and even though they were already fully booked, I got my tires changed on Wednesday.
