Your reply is misleading and does not reflect what actually happened.
First, the rims were successfully mounted on the vehicle. There was no “forced mounting” and no danger as you describe. The only missing component were centering (hub) rings, which are a standard and widely used solution in the automotive industry — not an unusual or unsafe request. The only open question was the correct size/specification of the fitting rings. These rings are readily and cheaply available online; however, as I was only visiting Penzberg and had to drive approximately 1,500 km the same day, I did not have time to wait for delivery.
Second, instead of professionally advising or respectfully declining, your approach was dismissive, arrogant, and unnecessarily confrontational. A customer requesting fitting rings should not be treated with disrespect.
Third, you referred to “lack of expertise,” yet the rims were mounted and fit, which contradicts your absolute claims. What you refused to sell was a simple accessory — not because it was impossible, but because you chose not to assist.
This review is not about a technical disagreement, but about how customers are treated. Professionalism and respectful communication are essential. Unfortunately, in this case, they were lacking.
