Our first visit in October left us less than impressed. A new set of winter wheels was at least great price-wise. But when we asked about a discount, the true nature of their service became apparent. A month later, when we needed a set of new wheel bolts, we got a real kicker! They seriously told us, "Go to St... Gru... (a competitor), they have so much stock they have to sell it!!!" We felt a bit cheated. But fine, if that's their business philosophy, then so be it. We definitely wouldn't recommend them.

A flat tire on my tractor during planting. Reifen Wagner stated: "We don't vulcanize tires older than 6 years." Even the explanation that I wouldn't be able to get a new set of tires for €6,000 any time soon and that I wouldn't file a warranty claim for the repair didn't convince me to help. A few kilometers away, a competitor helped me promptly and very friendly. Of course, I'll go there in the future with all other problems and new purchases for my vehicles and trailers.

Good service, friendly staff. Unfortunately, they can't compete on price with comparable tires from the internet. A second negative point is that business customers receive significantly better conditions than private customers.
