The hydraulic cylinder of the clutch on my 2019 4x4 Urban broke down between Christmas and New Year's. The service manager already "knew" what the problem was over the phone, I had an appointment within two days, and I was able to pick up the car the following day. This garage knows its cars and doesn't charge for every little thing. Anyone who loves their Lada will love this garage for the same reasons!

Unclear pricing policy, poor communication. The workshop foreman was completely uncooperative. In the end, it cost twice as much as quoted and a third more than the competition. Never again.

I bought a Lada Taiga there and had it serviced for the first time. Overall, I'd give it 6 stars rather than 5. A top address for Lada fans. Friendly and competent, with reasonable prices.

Everything looks very tidy. They also have a lot of new Lada Nivas and UAZ SUVs and buses on display. The first impression is good. I drove by because I'm interested in a used Niva. The gas station, car wash, workshop building, and the surrounding area all make a good impression, hence the 5 stars.
