As long-time Skoda fans, we never imagined we'd be driving home in a Hyundai i30 N Line. This shows what fantastic advice we received from Ms. Rogall!
She is a wonderfully kind and down-to-earth person who not only impressed us with her extensive expertise and honest opinion, but also with her ability to accommodate our constantly changing wishes. Even when we wanted to make changes, she always took on the extra work with a friendly and dedicated attitude.
Furthermore, Ms. Rogall took even the most absurd customer requests, like not unpacking the car, seriously and fulfilled them with a smile! You can immediately tell that she is focused on finding the best solution for the customer. The entire service was professional, personal, and truly excellent from start to finish. From the initial phone call to the test drive and purchase agreement, everything was professional, friendly, and conducted on equal terms. My wishes and questions were addressed. I felt very comfortable. The car was prepared perfectly, and the technology, which was new to me, was explained wonderfully.
My car was taken as a trade-in, and I was able to continue driving it until I picked up the new one.

I recently bought a new i30 station wagon from Ms. Rogall and, despite some initial hiccups, I am completely happy and satisfied with the vehicle. Ms. Rogall is very friendly and helpful and takes ample time to address all questions and problems. She also boasts an impressive level of expertise and possesses the necessary know-how for technical matters. It's worth mentioning that handling warranty claims is quick and straightforward. I was able to pick up the car the very next day with the part replaced. Very impressive. The competition could certainly learn a thing or two from her.

I had an accident on November 22, 2025, and my car was towed to Auto Freydank on Geithainer Straße. Ms. Fuchs at reception was very friendly and explained the next steps to me.
