We came here last monday with a problem that was not even car-related. The battery of our miniature drilling rig (MRZB from Carl Hamm with gasoline engine) was empty. They quickly helped us verifying the issue and gave us a jump start free of charge. After that we were able to drive back to the construction site with the motor running. Without the help we would not have been able to work this day.
